these two friends are having their own little easter parade with their special head gear. for sunday postcard art: bonnets/hats.

the latest two week challenge at tag tuesday, thanks to DT member Wilma is "hares and rabbits," a wonderful theme for those of us eagerly awaiting spring!

the fancy rabbit is from a gecko galz stamp set and was printed on gecko galz paper then printed out. the rest of the items are a variety of goodies from my art cabinet!

spring/easter tags

for two weeks at tag tuesday we are making tags on the theme of spring or easter.  since i wasn't able to play the last challenge i made two tags for this challenge.

the background paper on this tag is from the la boheme digital pack by gecko galz, other images are from the gecko galz easter joy collage sheet, one of the free monthly collage sheets from a few years ago, a word from the gecko galz charming words collage sheet and some stickers from kaisercraft.

on this tag the background paper is from the gecko galz c'est la vie paper pack.  the clock is from gecko galz time flies sheet and the chick is from my little chickadee.  i also have a word from the charming words collage sheet and stickers from kaisercraft.

wishing all many blessings, today and always.  may there be peace on earth.

these are cards made 6 or 7 years ago when i was just beginning to play with collage sheets.  all images from twisted papers, the company which got me started when i won a giveaway which loaded me up with goodies.

bunny fairy in the garden

here is one last piece of inspiration for you for the gecko galz customer challenge going all this month on the blog: "fairy garden."  this creation i am sharing with you today is a digitally made card.

supplies: gecko galz "zen garden" paper pack; gecko galz "victorian spring" icons; gecko galz "easter parade" icons; gecko galz "holiday" icons; my computer and photoshop!  

instructions: i started by sizing a paper sheet form the zen garden set to 4x5.  i selected the items i wanted from each of the digital sets -- a bunny from the easter parade icons, a flower from the victorian spring icons, and a butterfly from the holiday icons set.  working in photoshop i sized and arranged everything to my satisfaction and voila! a card ready to print.  i'll likely add a sentiment of some sort and use it for easter.
