wonderland on an index card

for today's creation in the "index card a day" challenge sponsored by daisy yellow art, i've chosen to visit wonderland and link to the customer challenge at gecko galz: "welcome to wonderland."

lots of gecko galz products here: white rabbit and postcard are from the free july collage sheet (if you subscribe to the gecko galz newsletter you get a free collage sheet every month); the clock is from the GG "time flies" collage sheet and the hat is from the GG "hat whimsies" sheet. other images, brads, washi tape, etc., are from my stash.

i rubber stamp and collage because i am insecure about my drawing "skills." but i couldn't really bring all kinds of collaging or stamping supplies on a short trip so i had to draw. it is pretty elementary but here are the three i made while away (i brought index cards with me which i'd already made backgrounds for with watercolor inks and crackle paint):

and i finished yesterdays' "ocean" card today -- still have to get on today's card which i'll likely share tomorrow.

3 things today: 1st for ICAD #32, the "index card a day" challenge sponsored by daisy yellow art: "earrings" theme. my idea was to go with the "girl with a pearl" but i got a little abstract with it.
