a new month and a new challenge at conjuror of dreams -- the august anything goes challenge, this month with a "sea adventure" twist. here's my entry. 

majority of images here are from various conjuror of dreams kits from their etsy shop. the background, treasure box, and a few of the fish are from retired mischief circus kits.

hello blog friends, over at the conjuror of dreams blog there are several free images provided every month along with two monthly challenges: the free image challenge and an anything goes challenge. the free images this month are glorious. here is the first creation i made, which i am linking to the blog.

in a mermaid's garden

this month the challenge theme at the gecko galz customer challenge blog is "in a mermaid's garden."  link up a creation on this theme for the chance to win prizes.  visit the gecko galz blog today for a free digital stamp!  here are some mermaid creations for you:

supplies: gecko galz charming words collage sheet; gecko galz pretty mermaids collage sheet; gecko galz beachy keen paper pack; gecko galz by the shore paper pack; gecko galz sunny summer digital stamp set; die cuts, enamel dots, distress ink.

instructions: i adhered paper from the beachy keen paper pack onto card stock and distressed the edges. next i printed the turtle from the sunny summer digital stamp kit onto paper from the by the shore paper pack and cut it out.  i fussy cut the mermaid and also cut out the sentiment.  after arranging everything i glued it all down and added the die cut butterfly and the enamel dots.

supplies: gecko galz charming words collage sheet; gecko galz pretty mermaids collage sheet; gecko galz beachy keen paper pack; sea shell and seahorse die cuts, distress ink.

instructions: i adhered paper from the beachy keen paper pack onto card stock and distressed the edges. i fussy cut the mermaid and picked several sea shell die cuts to create my scene, and glued it all down.  i cut up the sentiment and added that along with the seahorse.

supplies: seaside icons from the gecko galz seaside splendor digital kit;  gecko galz pretty litttle pinups icons; photoshop

instructions: this is a digital creation.  i selected png files from the pretty pinups and sea side icons kit and arranged them in photoshop.
