gecko galz october inspiration; and DT call!

our customer challenge theme this month at the gecko galz blog is "music in me."  i really enjoyed creating with new gecko galz products this month on this wonderful theme.  here are some of my inspiration pieces for you.

"la boheme collage"

 

supplies and instructions: for this card i used digital background paper from the "la boheme paper pack" as well as images from the "la boheme icons" set to create this collaged piece.  i selected and cut out the images i wanted, arranged them to my liking and adhered them to the cardstock.

"time flies"

 

 

supplies and instructions: once again the background paper is from the "la boheme" digital paper pack.  the images -- the girl and the "time flies" are from the "la boheme" digital stamp pack and they were printed on "la boheme" digital paper as well.  the key is from the "la boheme" icons set.  the butterfly is from my stash.  as with my other collaged pieces it was simply a matter of arranging everything the way i wanted, cutting and gluing and there it is.
