deck the halls with gecko galz!

i know many crafty folks make things for the holiday season all year long.  not me!  i have to be in the mood and for that i need cold weather and hot chocolate!  perhaps a substitute for a holiday mood inducer is a challenge with the possibility of prizes! please join us at the gecko galz challenge blog this november for the "deck the halls" challenge.  link up your holiday themed creations for the chance to win prizes at gecko galz.

here is a christmas card to get things started.

supplies: cardstock; grandma's house digital paper pack by gecko galz;  chic christmas collage sheet by gecko galz; merry little christmas slides jewel it sheet by gecko galz; distress inks and a paper and ribbon ornament from my stash.

instructions: i cut out the elements i wanted to use, distressed edges, arranged everything as i wanted and adhered to the cardstock.  simple and elegant.
