a rainy and windy day

the new challenge at the cheerful stamp pad is right on time for the month of March -- it is "a rainy, windy day."  submit your art (card, tag, ATC, altered something or other, etc.) on this weather theme and be in the running for a gift from our sponsor.

a randomly selected winner will get a goody from our sponsor Saturated Canary Digis.  the card above uses a saturated canary digi called "windy day."  it also has a background paper from twisted papers.

i hope you'll find time to join the challenge.
