i'm happy to report that we are moving to a two week challenge schedule at lunagirl moonbeams blog. challenges will start on mondays and run for two weeks. if you played along with the birds challenge, our first ever challenge, then thank you very much. if not, please join us for the DIVA challenge!
to get the ball rolling here is my DT inspiration for you. the central image comes from the lunagirl "diva" collage sheet (appropriately!). i adhered designer paper to plain cardstock, covered that in french themed tissue paper then added my image (distressed first) and embellishments. now you consider bringing your favorite diva along and join our challenge. the challenge is open for two weeks, closing june 2 and a new challenge starting june 3. winner gets a free lunagirl collage sheet! i'll post some more divas in the coming days.
enjoy; love to all.
this blog is to chart my creative evolution with stamping, paper-crafting, mixed media and some other stuff i haven't figured out yet... on the theory that challenging myself to try new things and post them to the "world" will be good for me. and might also be good for others. my blog title is inspired by julia cameron's "the artist's way" and her admonition to fill the well.

I love your card. Is that a border punch at the bottom? Really neat.
love it and the fact that the challenge lasts two weeks now!
Wonderful card- love the image- and the fun dies you used to accent your piece.
Gorgeous Michele!! Love the "Diva" theme!
Like the background and the flourishes. She looks like a diva indeed!
The perfect image for this challenge! She does indeed have diva-tude!
Gorgeous!
Great card Michele and a wonderful diva-ish gal!!! I can't wait to get started on mine!!!
Not sure what I love more, your blog post title or your card! What a great image and you used her so beautifully! Hugs!
Beautiful card Michele! Thanks for stopping by my blog this evening, nice to 'see' you again! Valerie
So beautiful and appropriately dramatic for a Diva theme! I like how she seems to be summoning up the spirals on the left of the card. And I love the little heart in the upper corner! Karen
